Is HamroPoints free for customers?
Yes. The app is free to download and free to use. You earn and redeem rewards at the businesses that use HamroPoints.
How do I earn points?
Show your QR code in the app when you pay. The staff scan it and enter your purchase, and your points or stamps appear in your account. Some businesses also reward visits, reviews, referrals, check-ins and birthdays.
Can I use points from one store at another?
No. Each business runs its own program, so points and stamps earned at a store are redeemed at that store. HamroPoints keeps all of them together in one app.
Do my points expire?
Each business sets its own rules, and some rewards and vouchers have an expiry date. The app shows the dates and sends you a reminder before something expires.
