Questions about features
Do I need a POS system, scanner or tablet?
No. You and your staff scan customers' QR codes with the HamroPoints app on an ordinary Android phone or iPhone. There is nothing to connect to your till.
Do my customers have to download an app?
Yes, customers use the free HamroPoints app to show their QR and see their rewards. One app holds their rewards from every HamroPoints store, so they keep it on their phone, and they see your offers and messages there.
Can I run a spin-the-wheel game and a points program together?
Yes. Games, lucky draws, points, stamp cards and visit rewards can all run at the same time. You set the prizes and how often customers can play.
Can I run Dashain and Tihar campaigns?
Yes. Set a festival multiplier for the dates you choose, such as double points during Dashain, publish a festival offer, and send a push message to your customers.
What happens to customers who stop coming?
With a win-back rule, customers who have not visited for the number of days you set automatically receive a discount voucher from your store. You can also message lapsed customers yourself.
